This Contract – Client understands that this document is sole property of Learning to Lead and cannot be used either by partial or in whole by any person or agency for any reason.
General Requirements - Client agrees to only use legal action as a final resolution to their issues by exhausting all other avenues of communication and not as an attempt to control Learning to Lead and its agents. The client also understands the following:
1. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
2. The client understands Learning to Lead, and the client does not intend and shall not be deemed to be partners, joint ventures, agents, employer, and employee, or to share any other similar relationships for any purposes whatsoever.
3. The client understands that if legal action is taken, authority falls within the county of the regional office providing the service. The client also understands no party other than the direct client can pursue legal action.
4. The client understands that this document is considered a contract and if broken by either party falls legally under the statutes of contract law only and has no bearing for request of compensation under tort law.
5. Learning to Lead and its agents are not financially responsible for incomplete sessions due to cancelled contracts.
6. Post-dated checks are not accepted at any time.
7. The client understands that if legal actions have been taken, they are waiving their rights to any additional or subsequent submissions to any Government agency within Bureau, Township, City, County, State or Federal agency such as but not limited to The Fair-Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding unfair trade practices by Learning to Lead or its agents.
Cancellations - Client has the right to cancel both membership and/or service at any time. All cancellation requests must be sent by email, text or by website. Learning to Lead and its agents are not financially responsible for incomplete sessions due to cancelled contracts.
Payments & Refunds - Third party payments or donations are not accepted. All payments must come from the client directly. All payments are made in full prior to training. Due to the nature of the training process, Learning to Lead and its agents are not financially responsible for cancellations initiated by the client or due to circumstances outlined in the SERVICE EXCEPTIONS stated within this document. Full or partial refunds are not permitted.
